Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the City of Fife at City Hall up to the hour of

10:00 a.m. on June 9, 2022, for the City of Fife FIFE TEMPORARY ENCAMPMENT and will then be

opened and publicly read. City Hall is located at 5411 23rd Street East, Fife, Washington. Proposals

received after 10:00 a.m. on June 9, 2022, will not be considered.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site located in the laydown yard adjacent to

3725 Pacific Highway East, Fife, WA, at 10:00 am on Wednesday, May 25, 2022.

Improvements to be included within this Project are as follows:

Installation of extension of sewer service, water service and electrical from the City of Fife

Public Works driveway to the City of Fife Public Works laydown yard, installation of 395 feet

of chain link fence, driveway luminaire, site grading, concrete building foundations and building

utilities connections.

All work shall be in accordance with the Contract Documents, City of Fife Standards, and WSDOT 2022

Standard Specifications.
