The health of our citizens is the highest priority for the City of Fife. The City of Fife has temporarily closed the Fife Community Center and Fife Aquatic Center to the general public effective Friday, March 13. The pool is now open to the public, but by reservation for programs only. The Parks, Recreation and Aquatics team are working hard to follow the Governor’s Safe Start plan to reopen. Please see details below for more information on programs and facilities.
Reservation only lap swim will begin on Monday, July 20th. We have two 1-hour time slots available daily (M-F). Register here.
Senior Swim: 8 - 8:55 & 9 - 9:55 A.M. | MWF. Seniors 55+ can register for 2 hours per week for the month of September. Senior Swim is FREE thanks to funding from the CARES Act. Call 253-896-8654 to reserve your space.
Some senior programming will resume September 9 at the Fife Community Center. Programs will be hosted under a tent outside and we will be following mask and social distancing guidelines. We will have masks available, but encourage you to bring your own if you have one.
Programs are FREE thanks to funding from the CARES Act. Please call 253-896-8654 for details about senior programs. We can’t wait to see you.
These precautions are a result of the ongoing COVID-19 health recommendations. City officials are in close contact with public health officials and closures will be reevaluated. Any continuation or changes will be communicated. For more information on how the City of Fife is responding to COVID-19, please visit cityoffife.org/covid19
