Yoga

Beginning September 19, 2023 Fife Community Center will be hosting Yoga every Tuesday from 5:30 - 6:15 p.m.

Our instructor, Jennifer Spofford, is a Yoga Therapist, Yoga Teacher, Reiki Practitioner, and Authentic Awareness Coach. She connects nature, rituals, dance, meditation, directive therapy, positive mindset shifting and yoga to bring her clients to their most magnificent self. She believes that we all deserve to live our best lives and that we have the power and ability to create it. 

This class is family-friendly, and participants are encouraged to bring in younger participants! Participants must bring their own yoga mats.

Cost: $15 drop-in 

Punch pass available - $135 for 9 classes (Get the 10th class free when you purchase!)
