Welcome to the City of Fife’s information page for Benthien Loop residents connecting to the city’s water and/or sewer lines.
In the spring and summer of 2019, the City of Fife had Rodarte Construction, Inc. install sewer and water lines in the Benthien Loop neighborhood. This is a notice informing residents of a six-month timeframe of waived hook-up fees.
What that means is the City of Fife will waive the usual general collection fees for six months when opting to connect to the city’s water and sewer lines. Click the links below for more information on water and sewer hook-up, sewer only hook-up or water only hook-up.
Due to construction delays related to COVID-19 restrictions, the deadline for waived hook-up fees has been extended to September 12, 2020.
The City of Fife recognizes this is a significant undertaking for a homeowner and we want you to know that we are available to answer any questions you have as you plan to connect to the city’s water and/or sewer lines.
Benthien Loop neighbors may remember Adam Seelye, the city’s onsite contact during the project. Please feel free to reach out to him at aseelye@cityoffife.org or 253-255-5344.
