- 48th Street East LID No. 08-2 – Physically complete; in final stages of closing paperwork and contract.
- 70th Avenue Phase 2 – On the street for bidding; issued Addendum clarifying minor points.
- Port of Tacoma Road Interchange Justification Report – Drafted new application to seek federal funding of right-of-way acquisition.
- 62nd Avenue Sidewalks – Informed Tacoma Power that all easements had been obtained, met on-site to review aerial conversion design, dug potholes and used in-pipe television to map potential conflicts with adjoining properties’ sewer laterals.
- 2010 Pavement Preservation Program – contacted Miles Resources to push for monument replacement and contract close-out.

48th Street East LID No. 08-2 –The area between 43rd Street and North Levee Road East will remain closed during workdays into September as the contractor continues sewer construction east of 70th on 48th Street East. The contractor is operating heavy equipment on 70th to move materials to and from 48th. Another 2 inches of pavement thickness will be installed on 70th, and the manholes adjusted to final grade, in October. View the project timeline.

Port of Tacoma Road Interchange Justification Report –met with consultant to develop strategy regarding WSDOT comments on originally proposed wetland mitigation sites.
