This local group of seniors gets together for “LAFF” Low Aquatic Fitness and Fun.

Aquarobics
This is a high-powered, extended
cardiovascular workout designed for people of all fitness levels. A water exercise program designed to work every major muscle group. Aquarobics challenges your mind and body, utilizes cutting-edge concepts and the natural resistance of water, which is 12x that of air. 1-800-817-8988.

Swim Instruction

These classes focus on the swimming basics and are taught by a peer instructor.

Intro to Synchro
We are very excited to offer this “Intro to Synchro!” program. This program is a non-competitive introduction to the sport, designed to introduce children to the techniques and the fun of synchronized swimming. Basic synchro skills such as sculling, eggbeater, beginning figures and land drilling are taught, and the philosophy of teamwork is introduced. You must be 7 yrs. old or older and be able to swim 25 yards of crawl, backstroke and breastroke and to attempt a somersault in the water.
