Summer Camp

Free Summer Playground Program
This program will offer lunch and an afternoon snack made possible by USDA. This free drop-in program provides the opportunity for kids to get creative with arts & crafts, play lots of games and sports, and visit with friends. This program is not to be used to substitute Child-Care or Day-care services! Adult recreation staff will supervise the kids during activities but is NOT responsible for keeping track of children at the program or park site for the duration of the day; kids can come and go as they please. It is solely the responsibility of the parents, legal guardians and day-care providers to supervise their children to ensure their safety.
Dates: 6/24-8/15 (Mon-Thurs)

Junior Camp Counselors (Ages 13-16)
Do you want to gain work experience and have a blast doing it? Join the Junior Counselor program & gain hands on experience, valuable career skills, complete a resume, receive a baby-sitting certificate and be instructed on CPR and First Aid.
Dates: July 1-5 (No Camp 7/4)
Time: 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.
Cost: $104 Resident, $112 Non

Camp Fife! Where the Fundango Happens!

Provide your child with fun and safe activities in a supervised setting. Campers will enjoy a field trip, games, and art projects. All your child needs to bring is a sack lunch, water, snacks, bathing suit/towel and a smile. We'll take care of everything else. Don't miss the fun!
Dates: June 24- August 30
Time: 6:30 a.m.-6 p.m.
Location: Columbia Jr. High
Cost: $130/wk for Residents of Fife
$140/wk for Non - Residents

Safari Land
Wolf Haven
Join us as we live amongst the wild. Not only will campers look for plants and animals that call Fife their home, they will visit the wild as we go to Wolf Haven. Campers will get a chance to walk along the prairie and see the beautiful flowers and wild creatures.

Talent Show @ Camp
Let us roll out the red carpet for our stars! Polish up your acts this week as we prepare and hold our annual Fantastic Fundango Talent Show! Practice acts and learn some new tricks, because everyone will shine bright this year! We will even take a walk along Camp Fife's Walk of Fame!

Where the Wild Things Are
Northwest Trek
Take a walk on the wild side as campers experience the wonders all around us. After the campers get a little wild and crazy with backwards and wacky hair day, wait until they visit wild things at Northwest Trek.

Games Unleashed!
Games @ Camp
Get pumped as campers work with their team to win challenges and get rewards. Campers will have to help their team win the "Minute to win it" challenges, Obstacle Courses, Scavenger Hunts, mysteries and more. Help your team unleash their competition!!!!

Fife Olympics Live! Tacoma Rainiers
Experience the feeling of the Gold Medal around your neck at the Fife Olympics! Kids will participate in water, ball, and racket challenges. Campers will set out to "root for the home team" as they have the opportunity to get autographs and watch the Tacoma Rainiers. Who will get the Gold at the 2013 Fife Olympics?

Hydroplanes, Jets and Automobiles
Seafair
Pack your bags and get ready to travel to Seattle for Seafair. Kids will see Hydroplanes cruise around Lake Washington, visit the pits and meet the driver of the Oh Boy Oberto Hydroplane. Lunch will be provided while sitting in front row seats for the Blue Angles air show.

Underwater Wonders Chamber's Bay
Check out what the Puget Sound has to offer as we lean about underwater sea life through art projects, workshops, and games. We will also have an opportunity to go to Chambers Bay and play on the beach, look in the water and see what we can find lurking beneath our local waters.

Super Hero 101 Super Hero Training
Spiderman, Green Lantern, Batman, Robin and Wonder Woman will be visiting Camp Fife and are looking for recruits. Campers will have the opportunity to uncover their super powers and find their hidden forces. Recruits will practice and train their newly discovered super powers all week long.

Sprayin' Around the Puget Sound Different Spray Parks
Campers will splish and splash around the Puget Sound for five fun days. Campers and staff will get WET playing favorite water games, visiting three spray parks and swimming at the Fife Pool.

Last Blast of Summer's Past BBQ @ Dash Point
It's already here, the finale week, so let's end the summer with a BANG!! This week at camp will be just as action-packed as the others, but with a celebratory twist. Come ready for sand castle building competitions, kite flying adventures, all while enjoying a festive BBQ! Together with your friends and camp counselors, you'll make memories to last a lifetime!

Skyhawks Sports Camps

Basketball Ages 7-12
This fun, skill-intensive program is designed for beginning to intermediate players. In addition to technical basketball skills, our basketball staff will focus on respect, teamwork and responsibility. Before & After care available for an additional $50. You will not be able to attend the field trip on 7/23.

Tennis Ages 7-12
In Skyhawks Sports tennis programs, players learn proper grips, footwork, strokes, volleys and serves, as well as the rules and etiquette that make tennis an exciting game. Programs fill quickly due to limited court space. Before and after care available through Camp Fife for an additional $90. You will not be able to attend the field trip on 8/8.

Flag Football (Ages 7-12)
Campers learn skills on both sides of the football including the core components of passing, catching, and defense, all in a fun and positive environment. The week ends with the Skyhawks Sports Bowl! Before and after care available through Camp Fife for an additional $50. You will not be able to attend the field trip on 8/2.

Mini-Hawk (Soccer, Baseball & Basketball) (Ages 4-6)
This baseball, basketball, and soccer program gives young children a fun and positive first step into athletics. Through games and activities, campers explore balance, hand/eye coordination, and skill development at their own pace.
